An inner re-connection

Feeling in Touch

There are moments when something shifts quietly.
Beneath the surface of your life.
Nothing has necessarily broken.
Nothing is obviously wrong.
And yet what once felt like you no longer feels like the whole of you.A subtle tension begins to build.
A sense that something truer is there but not yet fully lived.
This is not a problem to solve. It is a signal.
A call to come back into contact with yourself.
Not as you’ve learned to be.
But as you are beneath the layers.
Of expectation, adaptation, and performance.
This is a space to come back into touch with what is original —
and allow it to take form.

A new way to navigate life

Presence Over Performance

Most of us learn how to perform.
We become capable.
Composed.
Successful.
We build identities that function. And yet beneath that something more precise exists.
Not something to improve.
Something to recognise.
Your way of seeing.
Your way of moving.
What is uniquely yours.
Like a cyanotype print, your blueprint is not invented.
It is revealed through exposure to light.
What has always been there becomes visible.
When that happens:
The pressure to perform softens.
The constant self-evaluation begins to loosen.
Something more natural starts to move through you.
You are not here to become someone else.
You are here to live what is already true and allow it to take form.
You are here to live your Original Design.

Uncover Your Original Design

ILLUMINATE YOUR BLUEPRINT

Human Design offers a way of seeing yourself with more clarity and precision. Not as a system to learn or master but as a mirror.A way to recognise:
what is consistent in you
where you are more open and influenced
how your energy is designed to move
where you may be overriding what is natural to you
This is not about labelling yourself or boxing yourself in.
It is about seeing more clearly what is already there.
I approach Human Design as a reflective and interpretive tool.
To bring language to what you may already sense, but not yet fully trust.
To witness self acceptance unfolding naturally.
At a certain point, this work moves beyond recognition. It becomes about expression —
allowing what is true to be spoken, created, or seen in the world.
There are different ways we can work together depending on what is emerging for you:Focused Conversations
Where something needs to be seen clearly and brought into contact. We explore what is present for you — and see what is true beneath it.
Ongoing Accompaniment
Where something new is forming — and needs space, presence, and continuity to come into being.
Creative Expression
Where what is true is ready to be spoken, shaped, or seen — through voice, image, or film.
Within Existing Spaces
Working alongside coaches, mentors, or leaders to deepen what is already unfolding.

What to leave behind :

Performance

• Overthinking
• Second-guessing
• Trying to be who you think you should be

What to cultivate :

Presence

• Self recognition
• Trust in your own way
• Expression that feels true

What is waiting to emerge?

At the Shoreline of identity

There are moments when your life still stands.
And yet something in you has shifted.
What once drove you feels incomplete.
What you’ve built no longer feels like the full picture.
This is not crisis.
It is a threshold.
The shoreline is the meeting place between:
who you have been
and who you are becoming
Here, we slow down.We begin to see:
what is complete
what is no longer aligned
what is true
And what has been shaped by expectation or adaptation.
Not every urge is yours to follow.
Not every identity is who you want to be.
This is not reinvention.
It is recognition.
And from that recognition something new begins to take form.
SHORELINE SESSIONSPrivate 1:1 conversations — or ongoing work. For those at a turning point.
For those ready to feel what is true and allow it to be lived, created, or expressed.

Illumination

Seeing yourself clearly to feel yourself.Shining a light who you are beneath roles and expectations.

Distillation

Separating what is true from what has been layered on.Essence from distortion.

EMERgence

Clarifying what is ready to unfold.Allowing what is real to take form in your life, work, and expression

What to expect

Hi, I'm Carina

My path into this work has been anything but conventional.I spent years as an intellectual property litigator working with questions of originality, distinctiveness, and what makes something worth protecting.Over time, that focus shifted.
From what is original in form to what is original in a person.
Human Design has given me a language for something I had long felt:
that each of us has a unique design and that much of our tension comes from moving away from it.
My work now is to help you:
recognise what is uniquely yours
see where you may be holding it back or questioning it
and bring more of it into your life and expression.
Alongside this, I am drawn to capturing moments of emergence — through photography and film — where something true is coming into form.Whether through a conversation, an image, or a creative process, I am interested in the same thing:
what is real and how it comes into expression.
During our time together you will feel:
Seen.
Relieved.
Clearer about what is yours.
Not because something new has been added. But because something true has been recognised and allowed to move.

Time for Change

LET's Explore Together

If something in you recognises this...If you can feel something true but are not fully living or expressing it yet...You don’t need to have it all figured out.Sometimes the next step begins with a simple conversation and you are welcome to reach out to me.To return to what is original. To allow it to be lived.

Some Client Testimonials

"The time I had with you Carina during our intensive is already proving invaluable. You are gifted with a rare quality of deep listening and compassion. I could feel how much you where present all along, helping me to connect the dots and reach a level of understanding that seemed so far out of touch.
I was particularly sensitive to the gentleness of your approach, to the finesse of your sensitivity, and to your stubbornness too, in not giving up anything, even when I was lost in confusion. And you never shy away from showing your humanity. I felt that you were holding my hand, just long enough to be able to free me then. These were the ideal conditions to foster the insights that I have experienced during these two intense and transformative days spent with you. You are an amazing coach and I’m so grateful for your gift." O. Brunet

"Carina, when you challenged this statement I made that the creative stream is delicate - that was a good one! You did catch a mindset there. And you pointing it out feels like a relief, feels freeing… OF COURSE creativity is a strong strong stream, strong enough to trust, even when my thinking creates worry-stories.
I had NOT been aware that I created ‘special needs’ for the creative Spirit, and now I’m loving the thought of its super-resilience. I look forward to putting it to the test.
I loved your enthusiasm for creativity, you were so present and engaged, I felt you as an ally on the ‘creative quest’ and felt really met. Thank you, Carina 💗!" V. Bohlen

See you again soon....

Thank you

Here are some quotes that I love and resonate with the work I do:"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom". Anais Nin."Life shrinks or expands according to one's courage". Anais Nin."And first we have to survive, and then we have to thrive. And to thrive, to express ourselves, alright, well, here's the rub: we have to know ourselves. What do you love? And if you get close to what you love, who you are is revealed to you, and it expands." Ethan Hawkes."You are a unique flower, with your own irreplaceable scent, your own way of moving in the world, you own uncopyable creative dance in the breeze". Jeff Foster.“Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” Howard Thurman."Dreams are necessary to life". Anais Nin.
